This is my 2020 Diet – Week 7 check-in, but I might as well just redirect the post title to Week 6. Why? Well, nothing has really changed since last week. I was pretty good a couple days, but not so good most days.
Under the circumstances, it could have been worse. I suppose I should consider it a good thing that i didn’t lose ground. I think I’ll take that as a win. Hopefully next week will show some progress once again.
I got down as low as 257 this week, which is the lowest I’ve been since the end of October. Over the last two days though, I sort of blew my progress by letting myself get ever so slightly over my calorie allotments. But, it’s not the end of the world.
The Official Weigh-in
In the meantime though, it is Friday, which means I’ll definitely lose a little ground over the weekend. It’s also Valentine’s Day, or “V-Day” as I prefer to call it. We celebrate the day in our own way but we normally try avoid all the mushy stuff.
At any rate, that’s about all I’m going to say about my 2020 Diet – Week 7 check-in.
